All purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 14 days from the ship date. All sale items are FINAL; they may not be returned or exchanged. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return or refund your merchandise by mail.
Items must be undamaged, unopened and with seals unbroken. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and invoice.
RETURNS BY MAIL
Your package includes an order invoice, return form and a pre-printed merchandise return label(provided).

Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a package of your choice.

NOTE: Return label is not pre-paid and therefore, you will be responsible for the returning shipping cost. The return shipping fee is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S)
Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped.
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Online Returns address above within 14 days from the ship date. We will refund the return shipping costs if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking.
NOTE: Only standard carrier services will be refunded.
Please place the appropriate reason on your return form to ensure proper processing. Please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return form as well. Our Sales and Services Department will inspect your merchandise upon receipt of your return. If you would like a replacement, please write “Exchange” in the notes section of the Return form. We will gladly send out a replacement at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to original form of payment used to make your purchase. Items must be returned as a whole including the packaging.

- The products purchased on this site are for private and domestic use only and are not for re-sale.
Shipping Policy
- Prices offered on the site are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). Such prices do not include shipping and handling, sales tax, if, applicable, which will be added to your total price.
- We will ship the order within 10-15 days and note that the processing time is not included in the shipping estimate.
- Your orders will take approximately 3-5 days within Canada, and 10-15 days worldwide to arrive (weekends and holidays not included)
- Once the order is shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their order and provide correct address and we will not be held accountable in such circumstances.
Refund / Cancellation
-All return and exchange items must be must be done within 14 days.
Shipping fees are not refundable. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
