Can I cancel my order, or change my address after it's been placed?
Once the order is shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their order and provide their correct address. We will not be held accountable in such circumstances.

How much is the customized skincare?
It depends on the quantity and product type. An approximate total amount is also calculated as you order. You will receive an email from us with the payment details 3-5 days after order date. After we received your payment, we will proceed with the order.
